Each service is custom-created based on the information provided by the client.

EDNA Portrait

After your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to the EDNA Portrait, a form designed to collect the information needed to create your service.

The creation timeline begins only once the completed EDNA Portrait has been received.

Timelines

Completion times may vary depending on the service ordered. If an unusual delay should occur, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Meetings

Some services include a virtual meeting to present the guide, answer your questions, and help you make the most of it.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property

All guides, documents, texts, illustrations, visuals, and content created by EDNA remain protected by copyright.
