At EDNA, every guide, reading, and service is custom-created based on the information shared in your EDNA Portrait. No document is pre-designed or automatically generated: every experience is fully personalized.

Before Work Begins

You may request to cancel your order as long as your **EDNA Portrait** has not yet been submitted.

In this case, a full refund may be issued.

Once Your EDNA Portrait Has Been Submitted

Receiving your EDNA Portrait marks the beginning of the research, analysis, and creation process for your personalized service.

Due to the fully personalized nature of these services, no refund, in whole or in part, can be issued once your EDNA Portrait has been received.

This policy applies to all personalized services offered by EDNA, including:

• Birth chart
• Style guide
• Astrology style guide
• Mini astrology guide
• Mini style guide

After Delivery

Once your guide is completed, you will receive a link allowing you to book an online meeting to discover your guide, ask questions, and discuss its contents.
